A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 00-30
WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 00-30; City of Poway Community Services,
applicant, requests approval to hold an Earth Day/Arbor Day Celebration at the Old Poway
Park, 14134 Midland Road on Saturday, April 22, 2000.
WHEREAS, on April 18, 2000, the City Council considered the al:
item.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby
follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Poway, implementing the
California E Quality Act of 1970, the al: :1 project is categorically
exempt, Class 4, Section 15304(e)and Class 11, Section 15311(c).
Section 2: That the proposed tance with the purposes and standards
of Section 17.26.030.A of the Poway Municipal Code.
The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 00-30, Earth
Day/Arbor Day event at the Old Poway Park, 14134 Midland Road, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00
p.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2000, subject to the following conditions:
The event and related offsite parking shall be conducted as shown on the
site plan and application on file in the Development Services Department.
This permit is valid during the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on April 22,
2000, after which time the site shall be restored to its original condition.
Approval of this activity shall not 31iance with all oth

D. Prior to the event, the applicant shall comply with the following:

contacted for appropriate permits and inspections prior to the

The site shall be developed in accordance with the approved site plan
on file in the Development Services Department, except as may
otherwise be provided herein.
