A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CiTY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING STREET NAME CHANGE 00-02
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. P-00-55
WHEREAS, Street Name Change 00-02 submitted by Mark and Dorothy Slepikas,
requesting renaming John Paul Lane, located off of Rimbach Road, south of Leona Lane,
and west of Pomerado Road, to Leeds Lane; and
WHEREAS, Leeds Lane is a p '
: with three lots addressed off of it.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby
follows:
Section 1: Resolution No. P-00-55 is hereby rescinded.
2: That the proposed street name change is in with the
Street Naming Policy.
Section 3:
The residents of the two households residing on the street agree with
the name Leeds Lane.
,n 4: The City Council hereby finds the eight day publ 'lequate
and approves Street Name Change 00-02.
That the proposed street name change is not subject to the California
E Quality Act.
APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway, State of
California, this 1st day of August, 2000.
