Res P-00-81RESOLUTION NO. P-00-81 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA APPROVING TPM 93-05 (TE-2), A ONE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. P-98-32 FOR TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 93-05, ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 323-262-09,10 WHEREAS, on July 13, 1993, the City Council approved TPM 93-05, a proposal to subdivide a 2.34-acre property into three residential parcels at the northeast corner of Adah Lane and Chancellor Way, in the Residential Single-Family 2 zone; and WHEREAS, the passage of SB 428 by the California Legislature resulted in a two- year extension of TPM 93-05 to July 13, 1997; and WHEREAS, the passage of SB 771 by the Califomia Legislature resulted in a one- year extension of TPM 93-05 to July 13, 1998; and WHEREAS, on June 2, 1998, the City Council approved TPM 93-05 TE, a request for a two-year time extension of the approval of Tentative Parcel Map 93-05; and WHEREAS, on June 13, 2000, a request for a one-year time extension of the approval of TPM 93-05, was submitted by Bill Yen, applicant; and WHEREAS, on October 3, 2000, the City Council held a hearing on the above- referenced item; and WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered the Agenda Report for the proposed project and has considered other evidence presented at the Public Hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby follows: The City Council finds that the previously issued Negative C dated July 13, 1993, adequately addresses the concerns of this project. Resolution No. P- 00-81 Page 3 The City Council hereby approves Tentative Parcel Map 93-05 (Time Extension 2), a request for a one-year time extension of a previously approved Tentative Parcel Map, for the 2.34-acre property located at the northeast corner of Adah Lane and Chancellor Way, in the Residential Single-Family 2 zone, subject to the following conditions: Ao Within thirty (30) days after Tentative Parcel Map approval, the applicant shall submit in writing, to the City, that all conditions of approval have been read and understood. This approval is based on the existing site conditions represented on the approved Tentative Parcel Map. If actual conditions vary from rep the approved map must be changed to reflect the actual conditions. Any substantial changes to the approved Tentative Parcel Map, prior to parcel map recordation, must be approved by the Director of Development S :l may require approval of the City Council.
