A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING STREET NAME CHANGE 00-03
WHEREAS, Street Name Change 00-03, submitted by Zip Lucidi, is for request of
a street name for a new street off Poway Road; and
WHEREAS, the new street is a private street with five lots addressed off of it.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby
follows:

Section 1: That the proposed street name change is not subject to the California
Quality Act.
Section 2: The City Council hereby approves Street Name Change 00-03 to name
the new street, extending north from Poway Road at a point about 600 feet west of its
:h Highway 67 and serving Assessor Parcel Numbers 322-011-07, -08, -09,
10 and 321-111-24, as Lucidi Farms Way.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
State of California, this 5th day of December 2000.
