Res P-01-30 RESOLUTION NO. P- 01-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 01-39 WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 01-39; City of Poway Community Services, applicant, requests approval to hold the annual Old Fashioned 4th of July event at Old Poway Park, 14134 Midland Road on Wednesday, July 4, 2001. WHEREAS, on June 19, 2001, the City Council considered the al; item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby follows: Section 1: Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Poway, implementing the California E Quality Act of 1970, the al; :1 project is categorically exempt, pursuant to Section 15304(e) (Class 4). Section 2: The proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and standards of Section 17.26.030.A of the Poway Municipal Code. Section 3: The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 01-39, Old Fashioned 4th of July event at Old Poway Park, 14134 Midland Road, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and fireworks at Poway High School, from 9:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4, 2001; subject to the following conditions: The event and related off-site parking shall be conducted as shown on the site plan and application on file in the Development Services Department. B This permit is valid for the Old Poway Park during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 4, 2001; after which time the site shall be restored to its original condition. Approval of this activity shall not excuse compliance with all other sections of the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable City ordinances presently in effect. D. Prior to the event, the applicant shall comply with the following: The Building, Fire, County Health and Sheriff's Departments shall be contacted for appropriate permits and inspections prior I ~. of the activity. Resolution No. P-01-30 Page 2 The site shall be developed in accordance with the approved site plan on file in the Development Services Department, except as may otherwise be provided herein. E.
