A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING STREET NAME CHANGE 01-02
WHEREAS, Street Name Change 01-02, submitted by McMillin Companies, is
for a request to change the name of that portion of Danielson Street between Scripps
Poway Parkway and Kirkham Way to Gateway Place; and
WHEREAS, the request is in compliance with the City's Street Naming Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby
follows:
Section 1: The City Council hereby approves Street Name Change 01-02 to re-name
that portion of Danielson Street between Scripps Poway Parkway and Kirkham Way to
Gateway Place.
Section 2: Prior to the name change being effective, the applicant shall pay for all costs
in replacing the street sign.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
