P- 01-52 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA MODIFYING THE GRADING PLAN PERTAINING TO FINAL MAP 14213fTENTATIVE TRACT MAP TTM 90-06 ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS APN: 314-060-03 and 04; 314-131-07 and 12 WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001 the City Council approved Final Map 14213 that included 8 lots on 16.9 acres located at northeast and adjacent to Meadowbrook Middle School, at the north end of Eisenhower Ave.; and WHEREAS, the applicant is requesting to modify the grading plan for 1 of the 8 lots of Final Map 14213/Tentative Tract Map 90-06 to allow the pad elevation to be lowered; and WHEREAS, on September 25, 2001, the City Council held a public hearing on the at- -I item; and WHEREAS, the City Council has read and considered the agenda report for the proposed project and has considered other evidence presented at the public hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby follows: Section 1: The City Council finds that the proposed project has been adequately addressed in, and is within the scope of, the Mitigated Negative D (MND) approved for TTM 90-06 on July 21, 1992. The project, a change to the elevation of Lot 1, is within the scope of the prior document; therefore, no additional ry. Section 2: The City Council hereby approves the modification to the grading plan for Final Map 14213Frentative Tract Map 90~06 to allow a pad elevation change from 630 feet to 629 feet and 619 feet in a split pad configuration on a site located northeast and adjacent to Meadowbreok Middle School, at the north end of Eisenhower Ave in the RR- C zone, pursuant to the Grading Plan dated August 21, 2001. Lot 1 is found to be in substantial with the Tentative Map pad elevations approved by the City Council on July 21, 1992 and shown on the Grading and Erosion Control Plans dated August 21, 2001. A 2 and 10 foot decrease (in a split pad configuration) for Lot 1 is authorized. B= This approval is based on the existing site conditions represented on the Grading and Erosion Control Plans dated August 21, 2001. If actual conditions vary from representations, the proposed Grading and Erosion Control Plans must be changed to reflect the actual conditions. Any substantial changes to the proposed Grading Resolution No. P-01-52 Page 2 and Erosion Control Plans prior to initiation of the grading changes must be approved by the Director of Development $ :1 may require approval of the City Council.
