P- 01-63 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TEMPORARY USE PERMIT 01-97 WHEREAS, Temporary Use Permit 01-97 City of Poway, Applicants; a request to allow the City of Poway's Eighth Annual Christmas in the Park, on Saturday, December 15, 2001, at 14134 Midland Road, in the Old Poway Park. WHEREAS, on December 11, 2001, the City Council considered the above- referenced item. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council does hereby follows: Section 1: Pursuant to the procedures of the City of Poway, implementing the California E Iai Quality Act of 1970, the ab :1 project is categorically exempt, Class 4, pursuant to Section 15304(e), as the events are temporary in nature and have negligible or no permanent effects on th I. Section 2: The proposed use is in accordance with the purposes and standards of Section 17.26.030.A of the Poway Municipal Code. Section 3: The City Council hereby approves Temporary Use Permit 01-97, the Poway Christmas in the Park from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 15, 2001, subject to the following conditions: Approval of this activity shall not excuse compliance with all oth I the Zoning Ord' d all other applicable City ordinances presently in effect. B. Prior to the event, the applicant shall comply with the following: The City of Poway Building Division, Community Services Department, Public Works, Safety Services Department, the San Diego County Health and County Sheriffs Departments shall be contacted for appropriate event coordination, permits, and inspections prior t l of all events. A traffic control plan approved by the City Traffic Engineer shall be on file with the Development Services Department, Planning Division by December 12, 2001. The sites shall be developed in accordance with the approved site plans on file in the Development Services Department, except as may otherwise be provided herein. All proposed signs shall be approved by the Development Services Department, Planning Division, and shall be in accordance with Section 17.40 of the Poway Municipal Code. At no time shall emergency vehicle access be blocked to any building, fire hydrant or fire sprinkler sy : Upon completion of all events, the applicants shall ensure that the event site is left free of debris, litter or any other evidence of the temporary use.
