RELEASE OF COVENANT REGARDING REAL PROPERTY
The City of Poway hereby releases that certain Covenant Regarding Real Property, San
Diego County Recorder's Office Document Number 2015 - 0358303, recorded on July 8,
2015, on the property owned by Armen Abramyan and Yanina Abramyan, husband and wife
as community property, commonly known as 14101 Arbolitos Drive and more precisely
described as:
Lot 217 of City of Poway Tract No. 4191 -3AR, City of Poway, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map No. 11981, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County, December 29, 1987.
This release is a result of the property owner submitting a change of plans for Building Permit
15 -1003, which will eliminate the requirement for a covenant restricting the use of a
detached, guest house.
