SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, as Beneficiary Assignee, per document recorded
December 30, 1998 as File No. 1998-0858988, under a Deed of Trust dated December 29, 1998,
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County December 30, 1998, File No.
1998-0558987 and as owner and holder of the obligations thereby secured does hereby make
subject and subordinate the liens thereof to the Easement granted by
OLD POWAY, LLC, a California limited liability company
to the CITY OF POWAY, it being understood and agreed that f ' said Deed of Trust
