§3712 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, the real property described herein which the SELLER sold to the PURCHASER at Agreement
No. 7035 Effective on June 10, 2015 pursuant to a statutory power of sale in accordance with the provisions of Division 1. Part 6
Chapter 8. Revenue and Taxation Code, for the sum of $2,400.00 (Two Thousand Four Hundred and no /100)
The "Purchaser" is required to dedicate the property to a Public use as specified in the terms of the Agreement
NO taxing agency objected to the sale.
