The purpose of this recorded document is to add one parcel to the Welton Lane and Meadow
Creek Road Maintenance Agreement originally executed 5 February, 1988 and recorded 3
March, 1988 in the San Diego County recorders' office as: Document #88 097973, Pages
2137 -2149 and made part hereof by this reference. A previous subsequent user agreement
added six users to the agreement and was recorded 11 December, 2007 in the San Diego
County recorders' office as: Document #2007 - 0764901 and made part hereof by this reference.
This document is composed of:
1) One Subsequent User Agreement document
2) One Notary Acknowledgement
3) The legal description of the parcel joining the agreement attached hereto as
Exhibit A
4) The revised version of the point / lot chart attached hereto as Exhibit B
5) The revised Road Maintenance Map showing the addition of the parcel
attached hereto as Exhibit C
The undersigned hereby agrees to the terms and conditions, duties, and obligations of the Road
Maintenance Agreement, executed 5 February, 1988 and recorded 3 March, 1988.
The undersigned further establishes that the total point assessment for Parcel No. 323 - 270 -06,
owned by the undersigned, is 198 points, constituting 1.98% of the total point/lot assessment as
of R,'j--August, 2015.
The Property Legal Description of the undersigned's parcel is attached hereto as part of Exhibit
A.
The revised version of the point / lot chart (Exhibit C of the Road Maintenance Agreement) is
attached hereto as Exhibit B.
The revised Road Maintenance Agreement Map showing the addition of the undersigned's
parcel is attached hereto as Exhibit C.
