GRANT OF EASEMENT
CITY OF POWAY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, as Grantor, for valuable
consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, grant(s) to SAN DIEGO GAS &
ELECTRIC COMPANY, C t right of way in, upon, over,
under and across the lands hereinafter described, to erect, construct, replace, repair,
line or lines of poles and/ ~ wires and cables suspended
thereon and supported thereby, and underground conduits, wires, cables, vaults and manholes, for the
t distribution of electricity, and for all other pu t therewith, and for
telephone, signal and pu .g guys, anchorag braces and all
other appliances and fixtures f therewith, at such 1' t ~on,
along, over and under the hereinafter described :1 right of way as Grantee may now or

The property in which the easement is hereby granted is more particularly described as
follows:
Lot "Q" of City of Poway Tract No. 89-13R THE HERITAGE Phase 1, Unit 2, in the City of
Poway, County of San Diego, State of Calif ting to Map thereof No. 13924, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County of San Diego.
The said he aforesaid lands shall be more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Grantor shall not dig or drill and well, plant any tree, erect, pl f building or
