Pursuant to the South Poway Specific Plan Development Standards a total of 413 parking spaces are required for the development (Based on a 206,415 square foot building - 1 space per 500 square feet of floor area). The approved site plan for the project on file in the Poway Development Services Department and date stamped January 19, 2000, demonstrates that all of the required parking can b :lated on-site. Upon consideration of the anticipated parking demand of Disguise, Inc., it was determined that on an interim basis the installation of 64 of the required parking stalls (in the truck loading area) could be deferred until such time that demand demonstrates the need for the additional parking.
