A RESOEUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ORDERING THE EXPANSION OF POWAY LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
NO. 86-1 AND CITY OF POWAY LIGHTING DISTRICT, ZONES A AND C, WITH THE
ANNEXATION OF APN's 277-170-11 AND 277-170-12 BY
WRITi'EN CONSENT OF PROPERTY OWNERS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway desires to expand Poway
Landscape Maintenance District 86-1 and City of Poway Lighting District, Zones A and
C, as shown in Exhibit A pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the record owner of all of the mai property within said expansion
area has g' consent to the proposed t' :1 annexation into Poway
Landscape Maintenance District 86-1 and City of Poway Lighting District, Zones A and
C, pursuant to California Streets and Highways Code, Section 22608.1; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and :luke the maintenance,

WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Poway is hereby directed to record this
document with the County Recorder of the County of San Diego.
