RESOLUTION NO. 00-110
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF LOT A, POMERADO ROAD,
OF FINAL MAP NO. 8558, FOR STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, on Final Map No. 8558, recorded in the office of the Recorder of
San Diego County on May 4, 1977, the offer of dedication of Lot A. Pomerado Road for
street and public utility purposes was rejected; and
WHEREAS, Lot A, Pomerado Road, for street and public utility purposes, is a
connection segment required for Brookview Senior Housing, TPM 00-09, Pomerado
Road; and
WHEREAS, Section 66477.2 of the Government Code (Subdivision Map Act) of
the State of California provides that a rejected offer of dedication shall remain open and
may be accepted by Resolution at any later date; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Poway is hereby directed to record this
document with the County Recorder of the County of San Diego.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
1. The City of Poway hereby rescinds the rejection and does hereby accept
Lot A, Pomerado Road, of Final Map No. 8558 for street and public utility
purposes.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 5th day of December 2000.
