consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise, release and
forever quitclaim to the SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY,
originated and existing pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.
( "Grantee "), all right, title and interest in that certain real property located in the City of Poway,
County of San Diego, State of California, specifically described in legal description Exhibit "A" and
shown on plat Exhibit "B" attached to this Quitclaim Deed ( "Property ") and made a part of this
Quitclaim Deed by this reference.
Grantor has caused this Quitclaim Deed to be signed by its authorized representative as of
