COVENANT REGARDING REAL PROPERTY
Dale and Sharon Lieu, PROPERTY OWNER(S) ("OWNER" hereinafter) are the owner(s) of
real property which is commonly known as Assessor's Parcel Number 278-437-35 ("PROPERTY"
hereinafter), and more fully described as:
LOT 101 OF CITY OF POWAY TRACT NO. 4091-R, IN THE CITY OF POWAY,
COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO MAP
THEREOF NO. 11361, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF
SAN DIEGO COUNTY, OCTOBER 24, 1985.
In consideration of the approval by the City of Poway ("CITY" hereinafter) of Minor
Development Review 00-16, involving a 600 sq. ft. guest I' OWNER hereby agrees that
the guest house shall never be rented or leased as a separate unit and that kitchen facilities shall
never be installed.
