13029 Pomerado Road, Poway, CA ("PROPERTY" hereinafter). Variance 00-11 approved
the design upon which the retaining wall shall be based.
Notice is hereby given that the property is burdened by the terms and conditions of

San Diego, State of California, according to the Official Plat thereof, described as follows:

according to Map thereof on file in the Office of the County Surveyor of San Diego
County; thence North 02058'08'' East, 1,047.79 feet to a point 40.00 feet East of the center
line of said Mission Road lA, said point being an angle point in the boundary of land
described in deed to Samuel E. Brode, et ux, recorded June 2, 1941, in Book 1191, Page
