RESOLUTION NO. 00-067
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA.
ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF LOT G, DEL PASO DRIVE,
OF FINAL MAP NO. 4683, FOR STREET AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, on Final Map No. 4683, recorded in the office of the Recorder of
San Diego County on December 21, 1960, the offer of dedication of Lot G, Del Paso
Drive for street and public utility purposes was rejected; and
WHEREAS, Lot G, Del Paso Drive, for street and public utility purposes, is a
connection segment required for The Heritage Estates, Map No. 13924, Del Paso
Drive; and
WHEREAS, Section 66477.2 of the Government Code (Subdivision Map Act) of
the State of California provides that C:I rejected offer of dedication shall remain open and
may be accepted by resolution at any later date; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk of the City of Poway is hereby directed to record this
document with the County Recorder of the County of San Diego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
1. The City of Poway hereby rescinds the rejection and does hereby accept
Lot G, Del Paso Drive, of Final Map No. 4683 for street and public utility
purposes.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of
Poway, California, at a regular meeting this 11th day of July 2000.
