WHEREAS, Donald L. and Kathleen A. Mechling Revocable Living Trust dated July
31, 1992, was the original Trustor, CITY OF POWAY, a California municipal corporation, the
original Trustee, and CITY OF POWAY, the original Beneficiary, under that certain Deed of Trust
recorded July 22, 2010 as Instrument No. 2010 - 0368645 of Official Records of the County of San
Diego, State of California, for Assessor Parcel Number 321 - 271 -35; and
WHEREAS, the obligation secured under the Deed of Trust has now been satisfied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate, now held by him thereunder.
