commonly known as Assessor's Parcel Number 321 - 250 -10, 14701 Twin Peaks Road, and
more particularly described as shown below, no work shall be conducted on the property
beyond what was approved by the Minor Development Review Application 99 -174 and Variance
99 -21 (Resolution P- 00 -04) without proper permits from the City.
The subject property is described as:
The East 100 feet of the West 700 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 8, in Township 14 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City
of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, according to the United States Government
Survey thereof. Excepting therefrom the south 880 feet thereof.
This Covenant shall be binding upon the undersigned, their heirs, successors, assigns, legal
representatives, and administrators of the undersigned, and is hereby expressly declared to be
for the benefit of and enforceable by the City of Poway.
