A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING THE AMENDED SALARY
AND BENEFIT PLAN FOR
MANAGEMENT /CONFIDENTIAL GROUP
WHEREAS, the City Council approved staffing structure changes to the Safety
Services Department on March 15, 2016;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to reflect the approved changes to the salaries and
benefits of the management, supervisory, professional and confidential employees of
the City of Poway and an updated Salary and Benefit Plan has been prepared; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway wishes to adopt said Salary
and Benefit Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
1. That the Salary and Benefit Plan for the Management/Confidential group,
attached hereto is hereby adopted as amended.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
at a regular meeting this 17'" day of May 2016.
