The undersigned hereby covenant and agree for themselves, their heirs, successors, assigns,
and legal representatives, that all of the following described real property in the City of Poway
shall be held under common ownership and be considered as a single parcel, and that no part
thereof, less than the whole thereof, will be sold, disposed of, or in any way divided or
hypothecated for any purpose whatsoever, unless such division or hypothecation is done in
accordance with the State Subdivision Map Act, other applicable State law, and the provisions
of the Poway City Code.
The properties merged hereby are described as:
Lots 6 and 7 of City of Poway Tract 86- 02R(2) Poway Corporate Center Units 2 and 3, in
the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No.
13944 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County March 13, 2000.

This Covenant of Property Merger shall be binding upon the undersigned, their heirs,
successors, assigns, legal representatives, and administrators of the undersigned, and is
hereby expressly declared to be for the benefit of and enforceable by the City of Poway.
