No Documentary Transfer Tax Due — Pursuant to R & T Code 11922
The City of Poway hereby vacates the Conservation Easement Deed recorded on
March 3, 2015 under San Diego County Recorder's Office Document Number 2015-
0107299 on property located on the south side of Poway Road at Millards Road
(Assessor's Parcel Numbers 321 - 271 -06), and more particularly described as all that
portion of the south half of the northwest quarter of Section 8, Township 14 South,
Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of California, filed in the Office of the San Diego County Recorder Office.
