COVENANT REGARDING PRIVATE ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Cal E. Howell and Akiko K. Howell, (hereinafter "Owner), are the owners of that certain real property
commonly known as 14448 Pebble Canyon Road, Poway, CA 92064 and more fully described as
follows.
The East 100 feet of the West 400 feet of the North 220 feet of the South 660 feet of the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Section 6, in Township 14 South, Range 1
West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, according to the United States Government Survey
thereof.
By entering into this covenant, Owner hereby agrees to participate in, and not oppose, a private road
maintenance agreement with their neighbors, and agrees to cooperate with neighbors in future costs to
construct, reconstruct, repair, and maintain the private road(s) used to access their property as
reasonably necessary to preserve the private road for normal access, ingress and egress purposes.
This Covenant shall run with the land, and shall be binding upon Owner, future owners, encumbrances,
successors, heirs, personal representatives, transferees, and assigns of the respective parties, and is
hereby expressly declared to be enforceable by the City of Poway.
GRANTOR expressly warrants and represents that GRANTOR has the power to grant this easement
in accordance with its terms.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the OWNER has executed this Covenant this 2� day of December,
2016.
