SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, MELVIN R GILLUM, OR SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST, PURSUANT TO THE MEL
GILLUM TRUST DATED JUNE 5, 2000, the original Trustor, COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES,
INC., the original Trustee, and POWAY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, the original Beneficiary, under that
certain Deed of Trust dated October 5, 2006 and recorded October 17, 2006 as Instrument No. 2006 - 0736042 of
Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of Califomia, for the property located at 15006 Luis Street, Poway,
California, 92064; and
WHEREAS, on February 1, 2012, the Poway Redevelopment Agency was dissolved by operation of law, and,
pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 34173, the City of Poway became the Successor Agency to the
former Redevelopment Agency; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the dissolution of the Redevelopment Agency, and in accordance with Health and
Safety Code Section 34173, said Deed of Trust has been assigned to the Successor Agency; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned present Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust
in place of COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC.; and
WHEREAS, the loan secured by said Deed of Trust has now been satisfied in full.
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned, as the present Beneficiary of record under said Deed of Trust, hereby
substitutes CITY OF POWAY, at 13325 Civic Center Drive, Poway, California, 92064, as Trustee under said Deed of
Trust in place of COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING SERVICES, INC. Said Trustee hereby accepts the appointment and
does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the Estate, now held by him
thereunder.
