A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
POWAY, CALIFORNIA, TERMINATING THE AD-HOC
COMMITTEE FOR THE POWAY ROAD CORRIDOR
STUDY(PRCS)PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway has determined a need to prepare
the Poway Road Corridor Study (PRCS) to address planning, land use and transportation
issues along Poway Road;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway established an Ad -Hoc Committee
for the PRCS by adopting Resolution No. P-15-01;
WHEREAS. the PRCS Ad -Hoc Committee met several times since its establishment
pursuant to Resolution No. P-15-01; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Poway wishes to terminate the existence
of the PRCS Ad Hoc Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as
follows:
Section 1: The PRCS Ad -Hoc Committee that was established by Resolution No.
P-15-01 is hereby terminated.
Section 2: Resolution No. P-15-01 is no longer in force and effect.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 4th day of April 2017.
