Res 17-040RESOLUTION NO 17-040 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY APPROVING THE WAGE AND SALARY SCHEDULES FOR THE CALIFORNIA TEAMSTERS LOCAL 911 REPRESENTING NON -SAFETY EMPLOYEES AND APPROVING THE WAGE AND SALARY SCHEDULES FOR THE MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE GROUP WHEREAS representatives with the California Teamsters Local 911 have met and conferred in good faith with representatives of the City of Poway in accordance with Government Code Section 3500 to reach agreement regarding wages and salaries effective June 19 2017 WHEREAS as a result of these meetings Wage and Salary Schedules effective June 19 2017 have been prepared for employees represented by the California Teamsters Local 911 WHEREAS Wage and salary schedules effective June 19 2017 have been prepared for the management, supervisory professional and confidential employee group WHEREAS it is necessary to establish the Wage and Salary schedules for the employees represented by the California Teamsters Local 911 of the City of Poway effective June 19 2017 WHEREAS it is necessary to establish the Wage and Salary schedules for the management, supervisory professional and confidential employees of the City of Poway effective June 19 2017 and WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Poway wishes to adopt said Wage and Salary Schedules NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as follows Section 1. That the Wage and Salary Schedules for Non -Safety Bargaining Unit Employees attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted effective June 19 2017 Section 2.
