The undersigned grantor(s) declares:
Documentary Transfer Tax is $ -0- pursuant to R & T Code 11922 (conveyance to a
Government Agency)
Jacquelyn Moreno, a married woman as her sole and separate property (hereinafter
GRANTOR), hereby grant to CITY OF POWAY (hereinafter GRANTEE), its successors, or
assigns, as the owner of a property interest (a public right-of-way) known as Espola Road (the
"Dominant Tenement"), that certain right-of-way and incidents thereto for a public pathway
upon, over and across that certain real property in the City of Poway, County of San Diego,
State of California, commonly known as 15408 Espola Road (more particularly described in
Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof) (the "Servient Tenement"). The interest
conveyed herein is more particularly described in Exhibits B and C, attached hereto and made a
part hereof.

A Portion of Parcel 1 in the City of Poway, County of San Diego, State
of California according to Parcel Map thereof No. 4582 recorded March
26, 1976 as File No. 76-089581 in the office of the County Recorder of
said County, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of said Parcel 1; thence westerly
along the northerly line thereof North 89032'58" West (record South
89054'22" West) 4.69 feet to an intersection with the limits of
Proposed Street widening as shown on said Map being a point on a non -
tangent curve, concave easterly having a radius of 1551.00 feet to
which a radial line bears North 76010'20" West; thence leaving said
northerly line and southerly along said Limits of Proposed Street
Widening and said curve through a central angle of 03039'58" an arc
length of 99.24 feet to an intersection with the north right of way
line of Northcrest Lane as shown on said map, being a point on a non -
