RESOLUTION NO. 17-053 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SALARY SCHEDULES FOR THE MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE GROUP WHEREAS, the Human Resources Manager position has been eliminated from the Management/Confidential Group; WHEREAS, a new classification of Senior Human Resources Analyst has been added to the Management/Confidential Group at Range 69 with a monthly salaryof $6,678 to $8,117; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Powaywishes to adopt the revised Salary Schedules reflecting the changes; and WHEREAS, the changes to the Salary Schedule forthe Management/Confidential Group are effective on August 11, 2017. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway as follows: Section 1: The Salary Schedule for the Management/Confidential Group of employees attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted, effective August 11, 2017; and Section 2: The Salary Schedule for the Management/Confidential Group of employees for July 1, 2018, previously approved by the City Council on June 20, 2017, has been revised to reflect the classification changes.
