A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
POWAY, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS
NECESSARY TO MEET THE EXPENDITURES SET
FORTH THEREIN
WHEREAS, on June 20, 2017, the City Manager of the City of Poway submitted
to the City Council of the City of Poway a Financial Program for Fiscal Year 2017-18; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to adjust the Fiscal Year 2017-18
budget to implement the wage and salary provisions of the July 1, 2017 through June 30,
2019 Memorandum of Understanding with the Poway Firefighters' Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
that the appropriations attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this
reference are approved.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway,
California, at a regular meeting this 19th day of September 2017.
