DEED OF FULL RECONVEYANCE
WHEREAS, the City of Poway (the "City") is the named beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National
Association is the present beneficiary and the trustee ("Trustee"), each under that certain Deed of
Trust with Absolute Assignment of Leases and Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Filing
dated as of June 10, 2003 (the "Deed of Trust"), executed by Poway Manufactured Home
Communities, LLC, as trustor, to the Trustee, recorded on June 11, 2003 as Document No. 2003-
0690581, Official Records of the County of San Diego, State of California; and
NOW THEREFORE, the Trustee, having been requested in writing by the City to reconvey the
entire estate granted to the Trustee under the Deed of Trust, and for itself, in its capacity as
present beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, does hereby reconvey unto the person or persons
legally entitled thereto, without warranty, the entire estate, title and interest acquired by the
Trustee under the Deed of Trust in and to the property described in the Deed of Trust. This Deed
of Full Reconveyance ("Reconveyance") is made without affecting the personal liability of any
person, or the corporate liability of any corporation, for the payment of the indebtedness
mentioned as secured thereby or the unpaid portion thereof, nor shall it affect any rights or
obligations of any of the parties to the Deed of Trust.
This Reconveyance may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall constitute
an original, and all of which, taken together, shall constitute one and the same Reconveyance.
