its successors and assigns,an easement of right of wayXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXYXe(iX' XiX in,upon,over,under,and across the
lands hereinafter described, to erect,construct, reconstruct, replace, repair, maintain and use a pipeline or pipelines for any and
all purposes,together with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances including but not limited to facilities for power transmission
and communication purposes,at such locations and elevations,upon,along,over and under the hereinafter described right of way
as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time,together with the right of ingress thereto and
egress therefrom,to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes in,upon,over and across the hereinafter described
lands,together with the right to use said right of way for access to Grantee's rights of way situated in adjacent lands.
The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San Diego
State of California,and are particularly described as follows,to wit:
All that portion of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township
13 South, Range 2 West , San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State
of California, according to official plat thereof, which lies Southerly of the
Northerly line of the Southerly 1980.00 feet - measured along the East line thereof -
of said West Half.
Except therefrom the Southerly 990.00 feet - measured at right angles - of the above
described land .
Also all that portion of Lots 3 and 4 in said Section 35, which lies between the
Westerly prolongation of the Northerly and Southerly lines of the above described
land and Easterly of the center line of the main public highway, Route 3.

Vstotge portions of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township
, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State
of California, according to the United States Government Survey approved April 22, 1876,
described in Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 as follows :
Parcel 1 :
A strip of land 20.00 feet of even width, the center line of said 20.00 foot wide
strip of land being described as follows :
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 35, thence North 0°32'09" East along the East line of said West Half a distance
of 990.49 feet ; thence leaving said East line North 88°14'05" West a distance of
1309.99 feet to the Easterly right of way line of County Road Survey No. 1859-2,
known as Pomerado Road, a plat of which is on file in the Office of the County
Engineer of said San Diego County; thence North 2°05'21" East along said Easterly
right of way line, a distance of 55.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
leaving said Easterly right of way line of Pomerado Road, South 88°14'05" East
713.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent 250.00 foot radius curve, concave Northerly;
thence Easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 32°45 '55" a
distance of 142.97 feet ; thence tangent to said curve, North 59°00'00" East a distance
of 132.50 feet to the beginning of a tangent 250.00 foot radius curve , concave North-
westerly; thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of
21°30'00" a distance of 93.81 feet ; thence tangent to said curve, North 37°30'00"
East 8.00 feet ; thence North 7°30'00" West 94.50 feet to a point on the arc of a
non-tangent 250.00 foot radius curve, concave Southwesterly, a radial line to said
point bears North 60°00'00" East ; thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve,
through a central angle of 5°00'00" a distance of 21.82 feet ; thence tangent to said
curve, North 35°00'00" West 286.30 feet ; thence North 23°45'00" West 60.00 feet to
the beginning of a tangent 250.00 foot radius curve, concave Southwesterly; thence
Northwesterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 21°15'00" a

of 77 .80 feet to a point hereinafter known as Point "A"; thence continuing_ North

A strip of land 20.00 feet of even width, the center line of said 20.00 foot wide

Southerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of 27°45'55" a distance
of 145. 38 feet; thence tangent to said curve South 1045'55" West a distance of 6.00
feet to a point in that certain course designated in Parcel 1 above as "South

Easterly terminus thereof.

A strip of land 10.00 feet of even width, the center line of said 10.00 foot wide
strip of land being described as follows :

the arc of a 300.00 foot radius curve, concave Westerly, in the center line of the 20.00
foot wide strip of land described in said Parcel 3; thence along the Northeasterly

Parcel 5:
A strip of land 10.00 feet of even width, the center line of said 10.00 foot wide
strip of land being described as follows:

Grantor and thea successors in estate shall not erect or construct,or permit to he erected or constructed,any building
or other structure,plant any tree or trees,or drill any well or wells,within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect,maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross said route or
routes, and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be necessary for the con-
venient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted,the right to transfer and assign this easement in whole or in part being here-
by granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on,under or over said strip of land by Grantor,without
the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and their successors or assigns,shall not increase
or decrease,or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the above described right of way,existing
at the time this document is executed,without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
