RESOLUTION NO. 04-002
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY
ACCEPTING THE GRANT IN FEE TITLE
OF PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP 18019
WHEREAS, Tech Business Center LLC (TBC), a California Limited Liability
Company, offered to the City of poway (City) the transfer of title of Parcel 2 of Parcel
Map 18019; and
WHEREAS, TBC is the owner of record of the above described property as of the
date of this instrument; and
WHEREAS, said property is the site on which the City water reservoir, referred to
as the "Gregg Street Reservoir" is built upon; and
WHEREAS, the City presently holds a public service easement over all of said
Parcel 2: and
WHEREAS, TBC has executed a Grant Deed conveying title of said property to
the City which will be recorded in the office of the San Diego County Recorder after
adoption of this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon transfer of title to the City, the public service easement in said
Parcel 2 shall be extinguished.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Poway
as follows:
1. Accept the grant in fee title from Tech Business Center LLC of Parcel 2 of Parcel
Map 18019.
2. Direct the City Clerk to record the Grant Deed conveying fee title interest to the
City of the abovementioned property.

Poway, California, at a regular meeting this 27th day of January 04.

penalty of perjury, that the foregoing Resolution No. 04-002 , was duly adopted by
the City Council at a meeting of said City Council held on the 27th day of January, 2004,
and that it was so adopted by the following vote:
