its successors and assigns,an easement of right of wayXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXYak7MCi&Xin,upon,over,under,and across the
lands hereinafter described, to erect,construct, reconstruct, replace,repair, maintain and use a pipeline or pipelines for any and
all purposes,together with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances including but not limited to facilities for power transmission
and communication purposes,at such locations and elevations,upon,along,over and under the hereinafter described right of way
as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time,together with the right of ingress thereto and
egress therefrom, to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes in,upon,over and across the hereinafter described
lands,together with the right to use said right of way for access to Grantee's rights of way situated in adjacent lands.
The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San Diego
State of California,and are particularly described as follows,to wit:
That portion of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter and of Lot 4 (Southeast
. Quarter of the Southwest Quarter) of Section 35, Township 13 South, Range 2
West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California
according to United States Government Survey approved April 22, 1876, together
with that portion of Lots 2 and 3 , in Section 2, Township 14 South, Range 2
West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California
according to United States Government Survey approved September 11, 1879. described
as a whole as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter
of said Section 35; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said West Half
of Southeast Quarter 82 1/2 feet; thence Westerly parallel with the Southerly
line of said West Half of Southeast Quarter and of said Lot 4, to a point in
the center line of the main public highway Route No. 3 (Pomerado Road) ; thence
Southerly along said center line to an intersection with the Westerly prolongation
of the Southerly line of the Northerly 330 feet of Lot 2 in said Section 2;
thence Easterly along said Westerly prolongation and said Southerly line to
a point in the Easterly line of said Lot 2; thence Northerly along said Easterly
line 330 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning.

All that portion of the property described above which lies within
the boundary of the following described land:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 51 of Rancho Pomerado Unit
No. 2 , according to the Map thereof No. 7598, filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of said San Diego County April 11, 1973, being
a point on the Easterly boundary of said Map No. 7598; thence along
the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line of said Lot 51,
South 88°11' 35" East 11. 68 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave Northwesterly, having a radius of 20 . 00 feet; thence North-
easterly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of
45°05' 57" a distance of 15. 74 feet to the beginning of a reverse
curve, concave Westerly, having a radius of 48. 00 feet; thence
Easterly, Southerly and Westerly along the arc of said curve, through
a central angle of 250°02 ' 22" a distance of 209. 47 feet to its
intersection with the Easterly line of the Westerly 40 .00 feet of
said property described above; thence along said Easterly line ,

1976; thence along said Westerly boundary of said property described
above, and the Northerly prolongation of said Westerly boundary,
being also along the Easterly boundaries of said Rancho Pomerado
Units No. 3 and 2 , North 2°07 ' 30" East 327. 54 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
Grantor and theirsuccessors in estate shall not erect or construct,or permit to he erected or constructed,any building
or other structure,plant any tree or trees,or drill any well or wells,within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect,maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross said route or
routes,and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be necessary for the con-
venient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted,the right to transfer and assign this easement in whole or in part being here-
by granted to the Grantee.
Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on,under or over said strip of land by Grantor,without
the previous written consent of Grantee.
It is also understood and agreed by the parties hereto that the Grantor and their successors or assigns,shall not increase
or decrease, or permit to be increased or decreased, the existing ground elevations of the above described right of way,existing
at the time this document is executed,without the previous written consent of the Grantee.
