Township 14 South, Range 2 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, according to United States Government
Survey, approved September 11, 1879, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter, thence along the Westerly line of said Northeast Quarter of the South-
west Quarter, North O1°21.'50" Fast, 247.°0 feet to the Southwest corner of the
land Described in deed to William M. Mitchell, et al. , recorded December 29,
1971 as File No. 301174; thence along the Southerly line of said Mitchell land,
South B9°00'25" Fast, 470.00 feet to the Southeast corner of said Mitchell
land, thence along the Easterly line of said Mitchell land and its Northerly
prolongation North O1 °21'50" East, 406.00 feet to the Southwest corner of
Parcel 71-9198-F as described in deed to the County of San Diego, recorded
