All right, title, and interest in and to that portion of that certain
20.00 foot wide strip of land described in Parcel "B" in Deed to the
Poway Municipal Water District, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of said San Diego County March 15, 1967, as File/Page No. 35302 of Official
Records, which lies within Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No. 9508, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County December 20, 1979,
being a portion of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32,
Township 13 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian, in the City of
Poway, County of San Diego, State of California, according to the
Official Plat thereof.

The West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the
NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and Northerly 200 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SW
1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 32.
PARCEL "B" :

The North 15 feet of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Section 32, T. 13 S. , R. 1 K. , S.P.M.
Together with a 20-foot wide strip of land the center line of which
is described as follows :
beginning at a point in the South line of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4
of Section 32, T. 13 S., R. I W. , S.R,M., distant thereon (1 .69 feet Westerly
from the SE corner thereof; thence N 5°47'20" E 126.2 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Easterly and having a radius of 250 feet; thence
Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 17°06' a distance of 74.62
feet; thence tangent to said curve N 22°53'20" E 128.4 feet to the beginning of
a tangent curve concave Westerly and having a radius of 400 feet; thence
Northerly along said curve through a central angle of 19°52'30" a distance of
138.70 feet; thence tangent to said curve N 3°00'50" E 22( .9 feet; thence
S 07°49'10" E 135 feet; thence N 1°17'50" E to an intersection with the North
line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 32.
The bearing S 09°40'10" W of the South line of the SW 1/4 of said
Section 32 was used as the basis of bearings for the above description.

The grantee, their successors and nominees, shall place any and all pipe lines
which may he installed on the real property hereinbefore described, beneath the sur-
face of the ground to a depth of not less than twenty-four (24) inches ; and agree
that any and all such pipe lines shall be so constructed and installed so as to do
the least damage to the grantor' s property consistent with good engineering practices,
and that any and all work in connection with the construction and maintenance of
said pipe line and facilities will he carried out with due diligence and in such a
manner as to cause the grantors, their successors and assigns, the least inconveni-
ence and damage.
