The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San Di ego State of California, and are particularly described as follows, to wit: Lots 270 and 271 of Panorama Hills Unit No. 2, in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Map thereof No. 8457, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County January 11 , 1977. ilAXXAXAXXIXLIIXXXXXXUNIVWXWAXXIOXMCWWQQAMMeci(MW 20 , 2 Said easement of right of way in the aforesaid lands is particularly described as follows: All those portions of said Lots 270 and 271 included within a strip of land 20.00 feet of even width, the Northwesterly line of said 20.00 foot wide strip of land being described as follows: Commencing at the most Westerly corner of said Lot 270; thence along the Northwesterly line thereof, North 25050' 57" East 255.74 feet; thence North 80052'01 " East 350.22 feet; thence North 26052' 51 " East 48.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 26052'51 " East 236.75 feet; thence North 36°37'52" East 210.00 feet. The Southeasterly line of the above described 20.00 foot wide strip of land shall be prolonged or shortened as necessary so as to terminate on the South in the arc of a 48.00 foot radius curve, concave Southwesterly, the center of the circle of which the curve is an arc bears South 26°52'51 " West from the Southwesterly terminus of the above described Northwesterly line, and to terminate on the North in the arc of a 48.00 foot radius curve, concave Northeasterly, the center of the circle of which the curve is an arc bears North 36°37'52" East from the Northeasterly terminus of said above described Northwesterly line. c ( Grantor and i tS successors in estate shall not erect or construct,or permit to he erected or constructed,any building or other structure,plant any tree or trees,or drill any well or wells,within the limits of said right of way. Grantee shall have the right to erect,maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross said route or routes,and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be necessary for the con- venient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted,the right to transfer and assign this easement in whole or in part being here- by granted to the Grantee. Grantor agrees that no other easement or easements shall be granted on,under or over said strip of land by Grantor,without the previous written consent of Grantee.
