lands hereinafter described, to erect, construct, reconstruct, replace,repair,maintain and use a pipeline or pipelines for any and
all purposes, together with their necessary fixtures and appurtenances including but not limited to facilities for power trans-
mission and communication purposes, at such locations and elevations, upon, along,over and under the hereinafter described
right of way as Grantee may now or hereafter deem convenient and necessary from time to time,together with the right of in-
gress thereto and egress therefrom,to and along said right of way by a practical route or routes in,upon,over and across the here-
inafter described lands,together with the right to use said right of way for access to Grantee's rights of way situated in adjacent
lands.
The lands in which said easement of right of way is hereby granted are situated in the County of San..-Diego
State of California, and are particularly described as follows, to wit:
All that portion of the Northwest Quarter of Lot 1 (The Northwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter) of Section 31 , Township 13 South, Range 1 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to the Official Plat thereof, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North line of said Northwest Quarter of Lot 1 ,
distant thereon South 89°38'58" East 331 .01 feet from the Northwest corner
thereof; thence South 01°31 '56" East 330.99 feet; thence South 89°49'59"
East 331 .17 feet to the East line of said Northwest Quarter; thence along
the East and North lines thereof, North 01°33'52" West 329.93 feet and North
89°38 '58" West 331 .02 feet to the Point of Beginning.

All that portion of the property described above included within a strip of land
20.00 feet of even width, the center line of said 20.00 foot wide strip of land
being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Northerly line of said Section 31 , distant thereon
South 88°53'53 " East 500.45 feet from the Northwest corner thereof, being the
most Easterly corner of that certain 1 .96 acre parcel of land delineated and
designated on Record of Survey Map No. 5259, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of said San Diego County November 6, 1959: thence along the South-
easterly prolongation of the Northeasterly line of said parcel , South 48°27 '53"
East 31 .46 feet to the beginning of a tangent 100.00 foot radius curve, concave
Southwesterly; thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve, through a central
angle of 42°09'12" a distance of 73.57 feet; thence tangent to said curve,
South 6°18'41" East 59.24 feet; thence South 79°50'32" West 87.81 feet to the
beginning of a tangent 300.00 foot radius curve, concave Northerly; thence
Westerly along the arc of said curve, through a central angle of 11°15'00" a
distance of 58.90 feet; thence tangent to said curve, North 88°54'28" West to
the Westerly line of said property described above.
Parcel 2:
All that portion of the Westerly 20.00 feet of the property described above
lying Southerly of the 20.00 foot wide strip of land described in Parcel 1 above.
Parcel 3:
The Southerly 10.00 feet of the Easterly 25.00 feet of the Westerly 45.00 feet
of said property described above.
Grantor and their successors in estate shall not erect or construct,or permit to he erected or constructed,any building
or other structure,plant any tree or trees,or drill any well or wells,within the limits of said right of way.
Grantee shall have the right to erect,maintain and use gates in all fences which now cross or shall hereafter cross said route or
routes,and to trim and cut and clear away any trees and brush whenever in its judgment the same shall be necessary for the con-
venient and safe exercise of the rights hereby granted,the right to transfer and assign this easement in whole or in part being here-
by granted to the Grantee.
