KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT. WHEREAS, THE FEDERAL LAND BANK OF SACRAMENTO (formerly The Federal Land Bank of
Berkeley) is the trustee under the certain deed of trust recorded in Book.1972
page ...29.98.0.3... , Document No. 299.803 of the official records of the county recorder of
San.Diego. County, State of California ;and
WHEREAS, there has been granted to ..Poway..MuviripaL.Wa.ter..Depar.tment , across
the premises described in said deed of trust, an easement for ingress and egress for water access over
the following described land:
All that portion of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township
13 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino Meridian in the County of San Diego, State of
California, according to the United States Government Survey approved November 19, 1880,
included within a strip of land 20.00 feet of even width, the Westerly line of said 20.00
foot wide strip of land being described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Westerly line of said Section 23, distant thereon North
1°37'35" East 577.50 feet from the Southwest corner thereof, being the Westerly terminus
of the center line of that certain 10.00 foot wide easement as described in Parcel "A"
in Deed to the Poway Municipal Water District, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of said San Diego County April 28, 1964 as File/Page No. 76483 of Official Records;
thence along said Westerly line, North 1°37'35" East 5.00 feet to the Northerly line of
said 10.00 foot wide easement, being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along
said Westerly line, North 1°37'35" East 55.00 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the beneficiary under said deed of trust, THE FEDERAL
LAND BANK OF SACRAMENTO, as trustee, hereby consents to the execution of the grant of said
easement and agrees that any sales made under the provisions of said deed of trust shall be subject thereto.
