3176300300); Case No. 17-0686
Dear Property Owner/Tenant,
It has come to the attention of the City of Poway that the following violation of the Poway
Municipal Code (PMC) exists on your property:
1. PMC Chapter 15.04 — Permits, inspections and final approval required.
You are required to complete the following corrective measures within ten (10) days form
the date of this notice:
1. Make progress toward submitting plans and obtain permits for the above ground pool
with deck on your property or remove the pool and deck from the property.
Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may result in issuance of
Administrative Citation, double permit fees, recordation of Notice of Violation
against the property, imposition of lien against the property, Nuisance Abatement
Proceedings and/or referral to the City Attorney.
