RESCISSION OF ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO LIMITATION
ON WATER SERVICE - TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 11134
The CITY OF POWAY does hereby rescind from Country Ridge Estates, LLC,
the Acknowledgment With Respect to Limitation on Water Service - Tentative
Parcel Map No. 11134, recorded in the official records of the San Diego County
Recorders Office, Document #76- 018447, recorded on January 21, 1976. The
said Acknowledgment was for insufficient water service to the property at the
time of recording. Since then, the City of Poway has developed a water system
to provide water service to all four parcels of Tentative Map No. 11134.
Therefore, the prior aforementioned Acknowledgement With Respect to
Limitation on Water Service - Tentative Map No. 11134, is rescinded.
