RESOLUTION NO. 04-011
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA,
AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL CMAQ GRANT PROJECT
FUNDS FOR CONGESTION MITIGATION AIR QUALITY
GRANT PROJECT CMLG-5428 (010)
WHEREAS, the City of Poway has been selected to receive additional grant aid to
retime the traffic signals and improve traffic signal coordination along Community Road,
Pomerado Road, Poway Road, and Twin Peaks Road in Poway; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the project will benefit the
community by mitigating traffic congestion and improving air quality.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CityofPowayas
follows;
The City Council hereby approves additional funds for Congestion Mitigation Air
Quality Project CMLG-5428 (010).
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Poway at
a regular meeting this 24th day of February, 2004.
