RESOLUTION NO. 04-015
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF POWAY, CALIFORNIA
COMMENDING EAGLE SCOUT
BERNARD LEROY CAMP
WHEREAS, Bernard Leroy Camp has fulfilled requirements in the areas of
leadership, service, and outdoor skills; and
WHEREAS, Bernard Leroy Camp has advanced through the ranks of Scout,
Tenderfoot, 2nd Class, 1st Class, Star, Life, and Eagle; and
WHEREAS, Bernard Leroy Camp has obtained 22 merit badges in various
educational, community-oriented, and sporting activities, which signify the mastery of
Scoutcraft skills; and
WHEREAS, Bernard Leroy Camp has completed the community service project
demonstrating participatory and leadership skills within his patrol andlor troop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Poway hereby commends Eagle Scout Bernard Leroy Camp for his efforts and
achievements in Scouting.
PASSED. ADOPTED, AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of poway
at the regular meeting this 23rd day of March.
