REGULAR MEETING
February 6, 2012
The February 6, 2012, Regular Meeting of the Budget Review Committee was called to
order at 6:07 p.m. in the Poway City Council Chambers Observation Room, 13325 Civic
Center Drive, Poway, California.

1. REVIEW OF FY 11-12 MIDYEAR BUDGET EVALUATION
The Committee was presented with an overview of the results of staff’s review of
financial activity for FY 11-12 to date. The Committee discussed the material
changes to the budget since original adoption, including the loss of revenue
resulting from the termination of fees for recovery of mandated Stormwater
program costs, and the state-wide dissolution of the Redevelopment Agencies
effective February 1, 2012.

In response to a request by Chair Steve Vaus, Staff provided the status of
implementation of the Committee’s report of recommendations for FY 11-12,
