Poway, CA 92064 (APN: 3231605300); Case No. 18-0051, Dear Property Owner, It has come to the attention of the City of Poway that the following violation(s) of the Poway Municipal Code (PMC) exist on your property: 1. PMC Chapter 15.02 and Section 15.02.070 — Unsafe or unapproved alterations, modifications or construction is a public nuisance. 2. PMC Section 15.04 — Building permits, inspections and final approval required. 3. PMC Section 15.08 — Violation of Electrical Code. You are required to complete the following corrective measures within ten (10) days from the date of this notice: 1. Obtain all required permits for new construction or alterations to dwelling, including new electrical construction (panel upgrade, main panel alterations, new "dropdown" for overhead electrical service), kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and removal of interior partition/wall separating kitchen from living room. 2.
