Case No. 18-0051,
Dear Property Owner,
It has come to the attention of the City of Poway that the following violation(s) of the Poway
Municipal Code (PMC) exist on your property:
1. PMC Chapter 15.02 and Section 15.02.070 — Unsafe or unapproved alterations,
modifications or construction is a public nuisance.
2. PMC Section 15.04 — Building permits, inspections and final approval required.
3. PMC Section 15.08 — Violation of Electrical Code.
You are required to complete the following corrective measures within ten (10) days from the
date of this notice:
1. Obtain all required permits for new construction or alterations to dwelling, including new
electrical construction (panel upgrade, main panel alterations, new "dropdown" for overhead
electrical service), kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and removal of interior partition/wall
separating kitchen from living room.
2. Once permits are obtained, complete all required inspections, including final inspection
with a "pass" result.
Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may result in issuance of
Administrative Citation, double permit fees, recordation of Notice of Violation against
the property, imposition of lien against the property, Nuisance Abatement
Proceedings and/or referral to the City Attorney. Any new building permits or zoning
