Subject: Remodel/construction lacking permits at 14607 Aldrin St. Poway, CA 92064 (APN:
3233300100) Case No. 17-0719
Dear Property Owner,
It has come to the attention of the City of Poway that the following violation of the Poway
Municipal Code (PMC) exist on your property:
1. PMC Chapter 15.04 — Building permits, inspections and final approval required.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: A Stop Work Notice has been issued to you on 11/09/17 by
City building inspector. No work may continue without permit or approval by Building Official.
You are required to complete the following corrective measures within ten (10) days from the
date pf this notice:
1. Obtain all required permits, inspections and approvals for all construction, including (but not
limited to) electrical, plumbing, mechanical, drywall, bathroom construction, kitchen
remodel, new windows, and balcony rebuild/removal.
Failure to correct the violation(s) by the required date may result in issuance of
Administrative Citation, double permit fees, recordation of Notice of Violation against
the property, imposition of lien against the property, Nuisance Abatement Proceedings
and/or referral to the City Attorney.
