FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
FRIEDA M. McLAUCHLAN and CHRISTINE E. PALLAS
hereby grant and convey to POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a Municipal Water District,
organized under the Municipal Water District Act of 1911 as amended, its nominees,
successors, or assigns, an exclusive easement in, under, over and across a portion of
the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 14 South, Range 1
West, S.B.M., in the County of San Diego, State of California. Said easement consists
of a strip of land twenty (20) feet wide for the installation and maintenance of a
water conduit and all necessary appurtenances for use in connection therewith together
with the right of ingress and egress for such purposes, said easement being more parti-
cularly described as follows:
A twenty (20) foot wide parcel of land containing 0.11 acres more or less,
situated in the N+- of the NE-k of Section 30, T. 14 S. , R. 1 W. , S.B.M., the centerline
of said twenty (20) foot wide parcel being described as follows:
COMMENCING at the NE corner of the NWa of the NE4 of said Section 30; thence
along the North line of said Section 30 N 87°51'30" W 5.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence S 45°01'12" W 198.21 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the
left having a radius of 150.00 feet; thence along said curve an arc distance of 49
feet more or less to a point in the Northerly boundary of the Camp Elliott U. S. Naval
Reservation according to a Decree of Declaration of Taking recorded in Book 1342,
Page 14, Official Records of San Diego County.
The sidelines of said twenty (20) foot wide parcel to be lengthened or
shortened so as to terminate at the Northerly end in the North line of said Section
30 and at the Southerly end in the Northerly boundary of said U. S. Naval Reservation.
This easement shall inure to the benefit of the grantee, its nominees,
successors and assigns.
The grantors reserve the right to use the above described real property for
any and all purposes not conflicting with the use of said property by the grantee for
purposes set forth herein.
