FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
GENERAL DYNAMICS CORPORATION, a Delaware Corporation, hereby assigns to
POWAY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, a Municipal Water District organized under
the Municipal Water District Act of 1911, as amended, its nominees, successors
or assigns, that certain easement (across land located in Sections 18 and 19,
T. ll S., R. 1 W., S.B.B. & N.) conveyed to General Dynamics Corporation by
